We will discuss your current diet and lifestyle, your hormones, your stress levels, sleeping patterns and food intolerances and I’ll use this information to provide a treatment plan that is individually tailored to your requirements.
I don’t follow fad diets or use gimmicks. I advocate positive lifestyle and dietary changes which can support long-term weight loss.
