INITIAL CONSULT / 60-90 MINUTES / $99
An initial naturopathic consultation includes an assessment and naturopathic diagnosis. During our initial consultation we will discuss your past and present health history, your diet and your personal health goals. There will also be some physical examinations and if you have any recent pathology test results we will also discuss these. At the end of the consultation we will agree on a treatment plan which may include dietary and lifestyle changes and herbal or nutritional supplementation.
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION / 30 MINUTES / $69
During a follow-up consultation we will talk about any changes to your condition, track your progress on your health goals and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
DIETARY ANALYSIS / $100
I will ask you to complete a 7 day diet diary and I will use the Food Zone dietary analysis software to give you a comprehensive nutritional assessment. This includes a full report detailing:
- A breakdown of calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein and fibre, as well as 17 vitamins and minerals
- Potential dietary nutrient and mineral deficiencies. Includes a fact sheet on nutrients and suggestions for appropriate food choices
- Individualised information and ideas about how to improve your diet
